Dexter has a highly successful track record on start up and turnaround situations in the BPO, Call Center, Online Education, and IT industry. Background includes 9+ years of experience in all phases of Management, Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction-Engagement-Retention, Sales, and Project Management.
Strengths include but not limited to operations/program management, optimizing productivity, client relations, leadership and development, performance management, organization building skills, strategic business transformation, and large scale project implementation to exceed goals of all stakeholders with a consistent focus on process improvement.
Dexter, finished his bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education at University of Cebu major is social sciences.
